This  park honors veterans and our armed forces. Located at  600 N Lee St, Round Rock, TX 78664, Memorial Park includes a Veterans Memorial, an amphitheater and a 9/11 memorial. A ceremony to remember the victims took place in September 2011 during which U.S. soldiers allied with France, England, Russia, Germany, and Austria. Nearly 2,000 people attended the ceremony.

The park also features a softball field with a full concession stand and plenty of parking. There are also picnic tables, drinking fountains, and grills for outdoor cooking. You can bring your lunch or dinner here, or simply sit with family and friends. The park is open every day from dawn to 11 p.m.

The park includes an Armed Forces Memorial that sits at the center of the park. In addition to a circular water fountain, the park is also home to 10 flagpoles, each bearing a different country’s flag. The flagpoles are 25 feet high and are flanked by an official seal.

You can also check out the Vestal Hills Memorial Park, which sits atop a hillside with a stunning panoramic view. This park features landscaping that highlights the uniqueness of the terrain and trees. The cemetery also offers traditional burial in a lawn crypt, as well as above-ground burial in six mausoleums. In addition, there are Masonic sections and gazebos for meditation. 

The park also features a large shared use parking area, a playground, and a soccer and pickleball field. It is also a great place for concerts and other events. The park is also home to the first phase of a commuter trail, which runs parallel to Northwest Boulevard. The park also offers a skateboard park.
